Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

- Meets monthly to review ACC requests from homeowners.

Block Captain Committee
Chairperson: OPEN
- Responsible for leading volunteer effort to communicate with homeowners on a street level.
- Created as a quick way to disseminate information to the neighborhood in issues effecting the association.
- Meetings as required.

Newsletter Committee
Chairperson: OPEN
- Gathers and submits articles from residents, the Board and other sources monthly for inclusion in the monthly Willowlake Newsletter.
- Works directly with JKC Management, Inc. on publication.

Park
Chairperson: Diego Lammachia

Pool Committee
Chairperson: Lynn Podraza
- Monitors activities at the Pool and surrounding Park.
- Reports concerning issues directly to the Board and/or the Lifeguards.

Security Commitee
Chairperson: Fred Flores
- Meets with other security directors in neighboring communities.
- Shares information with the Board and Newsletter committee as appropriate.

Social Committee
Chairperson: Kim Thompson
- Plans and organizes community events.
- Responsible for expenses within approved budget.
- Submits timely information to the Newsletter Committee for inclusion.
- Past committees hosted Easter Egg Hunts, Ice Cream Parties for kids, Halloween Costume Contests, etc.
